NOT trust us!
Here is the dilema...
Think about the last wedding you attended. Do you remember the $8 chair covers? Do you remember the wedding cake? Do you remember the buffet - chicken, fish, mystery meat? The centerpieces? The drinks? No?
But, we'll bet you remember the entertainment, particularly if it was especially good or bad.
Yet, most folks budget for entertainment with whatever funds are left over from the rest of the event's budget. Worse, the entertainment budget (the one thing that most people will remember ... forever) usually costs less than most of the above 'forgettable' items. That just doesn't make sense if you want people to remember the good time they had at your event. Logically, shouldn't the entertainment be your most important priority, at the TOP of your budget? Chair covers or a memorable DJ entertainer? Hmmmm.
If you follow this good advice, then you should be spending around $1,200 or more for a good, pro, experienced DJ. That's a lot of money. Would you buy anything for $1,200 over the Internet - sight unseen? Then why would you trust a web site for your event entertainment without ever meeting them? BAD idea!
